About Us
Physicians who build what the floor actually needs
SigVy builds technologies for hospital medicine. We were founded by practicing hospitalists who spent years working — and fixing — real inpatient workflow, and who kept running into the same thing: the technology the floor needed either didn't exist or wasn't built by anyone who had ever worked a census. So we started building it ourselves.
Why physician-built matters
Most healthcare technology is built by technologists who understand the software but not the ward, or shaped by clinicians who left practice long before they could see how it lands at 3am. Our products are designed by current or recently practicing hospitalists — people who know the interworkings of clinical flow because they live them, who have configured, piloted, and troubleshot new technology inside live EHR and clinical workflows, and who know where it genuinely saves physician time versus where it quietly creates more work than it removes.
Our approach
Clinically grounded
Every product is stress-tested against real inpatient workflow before it ever reaches yours.
Physician-first adoption
We design for the humans who have to use the product at 3am, not just the committee that approved it.
Operationally honest
We'll tell you when a technology isn't the right answer for a given workflow — ours included — and what is.
The product suite
Our crafted technologies span three categories — clinical enhancement, patient experience, and workflow efficiency — each aimed at a different aspect of hospital medicine and at the metrics hospitals answer for. The Rapid Response Sim came first, built because we couldn't find anything like it for our own teams — and the suite has kept growing from the same instinct: if the floor needs it and nobody has built it right, we build it ourselves.
And a product is only half the job. When your organization takes one on, we bring the other half: implementation and adoption support grounded in the physician experience of having deployed these technologies on our own floors — how we support you.
